Boulders Bay

Boulders Bay offers a subtle and sophisticated approach to patterning, softer than traditional colour blocking, though it can also be combined with it. The base is tufted first in fine New Zealand wool using a cut pile finish.

Patterns are then over-tufted in a low loop, with multiple colours used depending on the complexity and style desired. This technique produces a delicate broderie anglaise effect against the plush cut pile.

From abstract shapes and plaids to floral motifs or bespoke objects, designs can be scaled and tailored to create a soft, unique pattern that complements any space.
